JET Savonius Transverse Horizontal Axis Under Water Turbine (THAUWT). Double concave walls of each scoop of the new invented JET Savonius Turbine formed accelerating channel. By rotation the fluid flow is forcing radial, but passing inter walls (JET) channel the fluid is redirecting tangentially and forming the periphery JET stream. Because of the JETchannels big part of the fluid pressure over the rotor scoops is redirected into JET force (enhancing overall turbine performance) and also due to the channels the inductive scoop trailing edge losses of energy are vastly decreased. Owing to the mentioned above, the JET rotors (non-propeller) are about two and more times more efficient in comparison to the conventional rotors. Such JET turbines are described in the patent descriptions BG110 251/2008 and BG 110 340/2009 Based on new invented ROTOJET fluid kinetic energy converters we are developing number of wind and hydrokinetic JET rotor designs for river/canal/tidal applications. Champion Honda Generator.avi
This is a video which compares the performance of the Champion model 73531i, 2000 watt max inverter generator with the 2000i Honda. Honda produces a very reliable machine. Champion produces a cost effective version which I recently purchased. Following RVnet.com forums, there is much discussion comparing the two products. Since I had access to the Honda, I decided to make a small video comparing the 2. The price of the Champion is nearly 1/2 that of the Honda. The sound produced from both are very similar. The Honda can produce slightly more power over the running Watts of 1600 to a max of 2000 for a period of 30 minutes per the manual and does just that. The champion goes into overload. However, everything under 1600 Watts is a go. For the money, you can buy 2 Champions with a parallel cable and get 2 times the power for nearly the same price as the Honda. This is a comparison of a non-scientific nature and for information purposes only. Both products are very good.

Induction motor, 1 phase, chiral alpha removing capacitor.
FOR MORE INFO READ THIS VIDEO DESCRIPTION This is an induction motor, single phase, 127 V. Its nominal speed is 1625RPM. 4 poles. First I run it with its permanent capacitor, closing the circuit on the two different sides of the capacitor, to show that it will be the cause of the rotating direction. After that, I remove the capacitor and run it but only with one winding connected at a time. Single phase motors have a main winding and an auxiliary winding. The black wire of the motor is permanently connected to the phase. The white wire is the main winding. The yellow wire is the auxiliary winding. You will see the starting problem that all single phase motors have in common. There is no torque on them to start rotating!!! In this case I crank it with my hand to start it. It also shows that by cranking it you can give the motor the rotating direction you decide with the crank, and that you can use either the main winding or auxiliary winding to run it but not both at the same time (without the capacitor). Since the auxiliary and main windings have different inductance and resistance values, the rotor runs faster on one than in the other, but you can start it with your hand in any direction regardless of the working winding. Any remarks or corrections are well accepted.
